Marvin Hall

Named for F.O. Marvin, first dean of engineering, and his father, third chancellor James Marvin, the hall opened in 1909 as the engineering school. It now houses the School of Architecture, Design and Planning. The Oread limestone building was given an award-winning $2.8-million renovation in the early 1980s.
