Lippincott Hall

Lippincott Hall opened in 1905 as Green Hall, the law school. It was renamed for KU’s fourth chancellor, Joshua Lippincott, in 1979, when the law school moved to a new building. The hall houses Study Abroad, the Applied English Center, Global Indigenous Nations Studies, and the Wilcox Classical Museum. Lippincott, built in the Greek revival style, is on the National Register of Historic Places.
